My house temperature was plummeting rapidly. Long story short, there simply wasn't enough pressure in my propane tanks (due to the extremely low temperature). He was able to make some adjustments with the furnace, to get me through the rest of the night. A late night emergency call like that isn't cheap, but neither is abandoning the house and letting the pipes freeze & burst. So i definitely appreciate his knowledge & skills. 🙂
